I have a pretty good recipe for spiced pecans. Took them to a party last
night and they were a hit.

I use 3 tbs. butter, 1 tbs. ancho powder, 1 tsp. hot chile powder (I used
Cayenne, you might use less if using hab powder), 1/4 tsp. garlic powder,
1/4 tsp. cumin, 1 tbs. sugar, salt to taste about 1/2 tsp I think and 1
1/2 - 2 cups pecans. Melt butter and stir in other ingred. Mix well, stir
in pecans and coat well. Place in baking pan and bake in preheated 300 oven
for 8 to 10 min.

I need some spicy Christmas recipes that are not really complicated to make
for my Suite 101 article due tomorrow. Could include turkey, ham, beef,
side dishes etc.

TIA,
