OK! it seems that I forgot to mention that anyone wanting a sample will have
to provide their full mailing address or I can't very well send you a
sample. No address will be sold, given away, or used for commercial
purposes. They will not even be included on the website unless you give me
permission. However, I do reserve the right to include the city and state
you live in and the country you're from. 
Honest... I'm not trying to be difficult or make things any more complicated
than they have to be in this spam-crazy, internet wacky world we live in.
