Hello CHs-
I had a taco salad for supper tonight with ABSOLUTELY PICANTE salsa
(slow hot) for dressing.  Every time I get a jar of this stuff I tend to
eat the whole jar- at one sitting.  It's definitely NOT that hot, but
the flavor is excellent, and NO VINEGAR!!!!!
No affiliations, etc. etc.
The stuff is made here in Abilene, Texas by Disability Resources, Inc.,
a business started to assist disabled and handicapped people.  They're
gradually getting a wider and wider distribution, mostly in Texas.  If
any of you ever come through here or get a chance to try this salsa, I
highly recommend it.  I'm not much on vinegar, so this stuff really
seems exceptional to me.
