I can just imagine a bunch of researchers having a c-h session at a Mexican 
restaurant, eating more chips because the salsa is good and hot, and 
realizing that they could get grant funding for a year if they could get 
rats to do it, too.

But the thought of Hunan Tail ... ouch.
