Oh hell I almost forgot about this one...

Being a ChileHead for sure, I usually have a pickled jar of Habbies
hanging around my fridge. Once I got the bright idea of making a sort
or relish with green and red Bell peppers. After experimenting with the
sordid mess for a day or so I ended up dumping the whole affair into
a gallon jar I had in the fridge with 3 or 4 lbs. of pickled Habbies.

I let the relish sit at the bottom for about three months until I got the
idea to strain it out of the pickled Habbies and use it in a Tuna
salad. The relish consisted of finely chopped onion and bells with
a brown sugar base. It wasn't as yummy as I'd hoped when I got
the bright idea to first make it, but when it came out of the jar of
pickled Habs it was superdelish. The tuna salad was nice and
spicy hot and the reborn relish mix made the tuna salad come to
life. It was one of the best Tuna salads I have ever made. Some
times just fooling around in the kitchen can pay off bigtime.
