I grow a "Gypsy Hybrid" pepper here in Hawaii. It is a yellow to red pepper with a great flavor. (better than bells) Its about 4 incheslong by 2 inches across... Stir fried with thin sliced beef, a hot pepper or two, ( I use a Thai Dragon), soy sauce, fresh tomatoes, ginger and green onion....
