Calvin,

I recieved your package late last week and have sampled the powder 
on/in the following:
Lobster Nu-Therm ( lobster in a cheddar sauce over english muffin)
Green chile burger
A homemade egg mcmuffin consisting of english muffin, cheese, 
     homemade New Mexico chorizo, egg and green chile sauce
Pizza
Pasta
In a Plum sauce (wife's recipe) over grilled lamb chops

I found the powder to be a welcome addition to all the dishes, with 
great heat and a flavor which complemented all of these foods without 
causing a unwanted shift in flavor.  It seems to fit almost anywhere.
The wife loved it,too.  I will be trying what's left over the next 
few days and I know it will work anywhere.
