Definitely second that. Unfortunately, I shelled out the $25 for the retail-price version months before it hit the remainder tables. However, I strongly recommend it to anyone who likes Cajun-influenced (not necessarily authentic Louisiana) foods. Personal favorite: the blandly named (but far from bland!) Tomato Cream Chicken, which I make whenever I can be bothered spending the 2 or so hours it takes. The results are definitely worth the wait....
