It not really a lesion. It was like some hard part on the outside, which I
actually
could scratch off with the nails of my finger.

Inside? Warm/cold?

At the moment the first seedlings start falling, they were on the heating at 
a very stable temperature of 24 centidegrees. Above it was a growing lamp.
Now they are in our sunhouse, which is warm during the day, at least when the
sun shines, and cool during the night.

Potting soil.
