That's what beer is for.  And steamed rice.  It was so long ago I
don't remember the restaurant, and I was a newbie CH then.  So I had a
few more beers then I planned.  Real CH's don't wave white flags !!

restaurant, what happens when a order is really too hot to eat?  Has
anyone been thwarted by asking then not being able to handle extra-hot
