Hi, everybody,

I live about 50 miles east of Robb, in Utica, NY. I can't seem to get my
peppers to do anything either. They just sort of sit in the garden. We are
switching planting areas this year and hoping for better luck. This part of
the state is muckland and clay. We are also known for being one of the most
overcast areas in the country. (I can see why, though.) I'd like to at least
have a few nice specimens, if possible.
