ralph pointed out to me that i was only replying to individuals on the list
and not to all. my apologies. i'm about as computer literate (as well as
socially mature) as Ted Kaczynski late of Unibomber fame.

anyay, i wanted to post to all in ref to the hot sauce query that i was a huge
fan of Ole Hot & Fruity Passionfruit Sauce. it really does taste like a Red
Hot on a tortilla chip and goes well with a Dr. Pepper pref. 1998 vintage.

unfortunately, according to my supplier (Tropical Hots of Merritt Island, FL,
USA) the distributor has gone out of business (i think) and they are
scarmbling to stock as much of this delight as they can get their hands on.
it's from Ecuador and also comes in a ginger-flavoured sauce, tree tomato/
coriander, and a straight up hot pepper blend.

it would be a real tragedy if we couldn't get our hands on this stuff and may
prompt wide-spread hoarding, looting, general riots, and economic and
environmental collapse. end of western civ as we know it.

eek.
