Yep....That sounds like Cheng Sim, vegetarian Chile Paste, out of
Thailand....but you know what, JB? It is made of TOFU BEANS!! Horrors!
It will give a tofu hater creeping wongus of the wingy wang! If you can
find it again, it is really great stuff, however. Doug in BC
