Hey everybody, I'm heading out to Hawaii for a couple weeks in February
for some Mt. biking, ultimate, and hiking and I could use some help in a
couple areas...

First, good restaurants. I'll be on Oahu for a little bit, Big Island,
and Kauai. I'm hoping to find some good local food maybe with a little
heat thrown in there as well. Any suggestions on where to go or not go?

Second, would anyone have some good ideas or recipes for couscous,
pasta, or other 'one pot' meals I can cook on the trail with ingredients
I won't be able to refrigerate? I'll be bringing along a small canister
of dried pequins & habs for flavor and could use a little direction for
quick meals other than the old standard mac & cheese.

Thanks everyone.
