I don't use the lights advertised as grow lights. I bought one bulb labeled "Cool White" and one labeled "Warm White" I was told by several different master gardeners that does as well as the supposed "Full Spectrum" or grow lights, if not better. AS I remember it was also half the cost. - Signe Shivers
