[CH] When to start seeds indoors in New Jersey

Hi

I have seeds for Habeneros - a little plastic thing with pots, starter mix,
seeds, plastic cover and instructions called "Greenhouse From Hell" I got
for Christmas, along with Kirby cukes and Supermane Sunflower seeds.  

When should I start the seeds indoors?  Out last frost date in New Jersey is
mid-May.
