And they wouldn't be happy buffalo either!  

Seriously - I make bbq meatballs (beef, pork or bison) with a sauce made
from 1/2 catsup and 1/2 jalapeno jelly. You can add the amount of heat you
want with a good hot sauce. Use chipotles if you want the smokey flavor.
