No Idea as to which Hot Chile they used for the testing but as the book
came out first in 1973 I'd leave that to the Americans on the list who
can remember what a hot chile was in 73 (Jalapeno?) This is quite a good
book, although probably a bit dated now..

Interestingly Sweet peppers have less amino acids. More Lipids. Less
Minerals. Also less vitamins, calories, proteins, carbohydrates, and
fiber. But I'm not in the Mood to type out another list like this
tonight..
