Hello CHers.....
    Is anyone familiar with Spices, Etc. located in Charlottesville, VA?  I
received their catalog and ordered some things but haven't received the
package yet.  Their website is loaded with information about all kinds of
spices including recipes for spice blends including those with chile.
Thought it was interesting enough to pass on.  Usual disclaimers; I've never
dealt with them before.  They have some items I've never seen in stores or
other catalogs such as dried wine powders for when you don't have a bottle
around to dump in the sauce...or can think of another use for it!
