You might try one or many of the local farmers markets - there's one on
Saturday's in the University District. Or Remlinger Farms in Carnation. But I
don't think there are many local peppers available yet, though we should be
seeing them soon.

I'll be going to Pasco for the Fiery Food Festival in September, so if you
haven't found what you want by then, let me know and I'll see what I can bring
back for you.
