I talked to a friend who runs a shop in the pike place market, and he told
me to get a hold of Kruger pepper Farms. They start shipping peppers in
for market restaurants and the produce stands for a couple of weeks
beginning on labor day. He said it is a good idea to pre-order if you
want bulk. Then they'll have me meet the truck one morning.
I'm assuming that the more I buy, the better the price, so if anyone in
the seattle area wants in on the purchase, send me private email and I'll
let you know the skinny. It would really suck to be stuck with a lot of
habaneros.
