Hi everyone!,
I am in the process of drying and grinding a variety of chiles.  A group of
them are smoked then ground and a group are just dried then ground.  So far
all of the ground chiles are ripe (not green).  I would like to make chilli
powder to give away as gifts.  I was thinking about making some HOT chilli
powder (no mild) and some smokey hot chilli powder.  Does anyone have any
recipes that they would like to share?  Thank you all.
