Anne,
I have a chile-seasoning mix that I got from the Marlboro Cookbook. I
dunno
if it's the type you're looking for but here it is:
Chili Seasoning Mix
1/4 cup ground chili's (variety of your choice)
1/4 cup paprika
2 TBSP dried minced onion
4 tsp cumin seeds
2 tsp dried oregano
2 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1 t crushed dried chili pepper (variety of your choice)
I keep a batch on hand to add to chile, spag. sauce, soups or whatever!
