Len, 
Here in Holland you can buy a product called a Play-Girl, this is normally
used for your spare toilet paper.... and it is made out of jute or cloth.
I know.... difficult to understand what it is if you don't know the product
But it can hold 5 or 6 bottles hanging on the wall with only one screw.
It will be a enormous eye-catcher for your sauces!!
