I've got orange habs and rocottos in pots. The habs bloomed and gave me
fruits all winter. One of my plants has fruits that grow no larger than a
US nickel. They are little firebombs. The rocottos were just starting to
flower when I brought them in last September. They did not flower at all
over the Winter. This year I am trying Peter Peppers from some peppers of
Al Kusa's I dried, and a Red Savina from Gentleman Jim. After two weeks,
no sprouts from the Peters, but one of the Savina seeds has sprouted. I
didn't call Randy Haire in St. Augustine for Datil's because I don't have
room for any more plants this year.

Anybody who wants pumpkin seedlings, drop by my house in NJ and take all
you want.

My NJ hotluck is tentatively Saturday, July 8. I heard from Anne-Lafonte
Walker a couple of weeks ago. She doesn't know when her next great
Mid-Atlantic Hotluck will be, but she will have another some day.

Yours in heat
