The three different Piri Peri Peri Piri sauces(take yer pick!) that I
have tried all include citrus, like as in lemon....and the lemon comes
through in a delightful way. I cant imagine a Peri Peri sauce without
lemon, it just would not taste the same. I dont know about Africa, but
two of the sauces I tried and still have in the fridge, are Nando's. I
do not know if they are still around, their web site was down. Cheers,
