Never brewed me own, but someone gave me a six-pack of 'Chili Beer' (with an
"i" iirc) from an outfit in Arizona, USA. Had a serrano, possibly, in it.
Fairly hot when new, got hotter later. Although my palette wasn't as jaded
as Mary sez it is now. But the beer wasn't good. I tried cooking with it
and didn't like the results. Think I saw it recently somewhere.
