I was just telling Cameron privately that I can perfectly imagine some 
porter or stout that already tastes smoky anyway, with a note of chipotle so 
gentle that it takes a while to even realize it's there.  Once you'd notice 
it, you couldn't ignore it.  I could picture having that with some kind of 
bread-and-cheese cold lunch plate.
