Read a story about them a couple of years ago, maybe in Chile 
Pepper Mag. They use a contract brewery in Wisconsin, maybe 
the same one Sam Adams uses? and the reason they used 
Serranos is it was the only pepper they could find which would go 
through the neck of the bottle.
