Hi CH's I've been looking for few recipes to make salsa which can be bottled. Has anyone tried anything like that? I want to use chile powder and fresh tomatoes, bell peppers and onions. Basically a cooked salsa. I've tried making up a few, just a little worried about the shelf life part. Any tips? Steve The Wilderness South Africa
