I got another one for you guys -

1) Go to any good Asian market and get a jar of Red Chile Paste (the one I
get comes from Korea).

2) Throw out all your other jams and jellies (unless they contain Jalapenos
or something like)

3) Spread your toast, bread, or whatever with the red chile paste. Its
kinda like an apple butter made with chiles. Its not that hot, but is
loaded with that great pepper taste (and a little zing) that you all crave.

4) Optionally, you could mix in a little hab powder if you just gotta have
that little extra waker-upper.

In your search for the hot stuff, never neglect the Asian markets - they
have been using hot stuff since before dirt got brown. Great inexpensive
Seracha sauces, relishes, etc.
