    Now that is true Cameron....scary thought too! But I guess, someone had 
to like it, for the McIlhenny family to become millionaires. Perhaps the 
reason the hot sauce industry is booming today, is folks (like us) are after 
more flavor and heat..............something with a punch~

     So in retrospect, the flavor of Tabasco, has lead to what hot sauces are 
today.........funny how that worked out......
