hey, now...i've said time and time again (okay, so maybe a *long* 
time ago) that serranos have always been my favorite "all around" 
chile...fell in lust with them down at the Magnolia Cafe in 
Austintown, Texas....made "Luv Butter" in which we cooked various 
concoctions...half serranos, half butter, by weight...*damned* good 
cooking medium...
