There are a number of "custom canners" located all over the place. Many
huge companies have excess capacity which they fill by canning/bottling
for small or cottage industry deals like you are proposing. They also
have the pre-certified kitchens and production lines to get you through
the gummint hoo-hah. And the expertise in making your recipe tatse the
same in mass, canned, quantities as it does in your small home batches.

Labeling is a separate issue.

Check with some of your local food-processors. If they can't accomodate
they certainly can recommend another firm which can.

ENJOY!!!
