TACO de GATO!!! Oh no, say it aint so!!!! No wonder I could never
duplicate those subtle ethnic flavors in my own kitchen.
I used to live in a university community many years ago right after the
Vietnam war. The housing was cheap and we had lots of immigrant refugee
families who had moved into the low rent apartments there. During that time,
the humane society and animal control had to put limits on the numbers of
animals people could adopt because they were being eaten.
