Here's the info I have:

NUMEX JOE E. PARKER: High yields, uniform pods, thick flesh, 6-
8 inches long, medium heat.

Not to be confused with:

NUMEX BARKER HOT: Hottest New Mexican type, may be eaten 
red or green, 5-7 inches long.
