Hi all

I just want to have my 2 c on the Dave's debate.  Obviously there are a
lot of people out there who don't like Dave's Insanity which is fair
enough - not my favourite either. However my business, Fireworks Foods,
sells more Dave's Insanity than any other hot sauce.  It really does
have some fans, although I guess that a lot of it is bought as 'gifts'
for younger brothers and people of that ilk.

As for the rest of the Dave's range, it is all different and all
different heats.  The Insanity Salsa is pretty nice, as is the Seafood
sauce.  Dave's Hurtin Jalapeno has finally convinced me that green
jalapeno sauces have a place in the world. Dave's Crazy Carribean is a
fairly good version of the carrot and lime juice sauces (not up there
with Marie Sharps of course). As for the Ginger Peach, well its
certainly not hot! There is the barest hint of warmth. As to what it
could be used for we thought maybe as dressing, or even an ice cream
topping.
