Oh yes, Tony, I did get him some HP sauce, so you

Thanks for that Doug. Would you believe I bought a bottle yesterday so I
will have to use it myself. Gee life's tough eh?
Talking of sauce. I decided to try the Inner Beauty sauce. As fresh Mangos
are pretty scarce here following Tara Deans advice (Thanks Tara) I used
canned Mangos, After drinking the juice :-) I also managed to buy Mild
American Mustard to use instead of the usual Hot English we use. Plus 12
fresh red Habeneros from the end of season garden (Very hot)
I mixed it all in the food processor. Put most of it in a preserving jar and
boiled it for 30 minutes.
With the remainder after a very hot finger taste I made a peanut butter
sandwich and sloshed it on. The taste of the American mustard came through
(maybe too much) quite strong. It is amazing how the peanut butter takes the
heat out making
it really nice. So I had to spoil myself and have a steak for dinner just to
try it.Very good.

I am sure that Jim will have a great visit in Beautiful BC.and I will catch
up with him soon.
