Doug, Father Jim, All...

I'm getting ready to make "Strawberry-Habanero Marinated Ribs" for Sunday's
Almost Hot Luck.  The recipe calls for 2 TBS of habanero hot sauce and I, of
course, want to use my El Yucky-Techo green.  However, I need to mix it with
strawberry jam...

What is that atomic (was that Cameron's wording???) green going to do -
colour-wise - to the strawberry jam?  Anything?  Or izzit a moot point since
the ribs are going to be smoked/grilled/Q'ed anyway?

And the two folks that want to know the directions on page 19 of "The Great
Ribs Book," on getting the membrane off ribs...  I've now got my cookbook
back so please e-mail me again and I'll send you the information.
