My usual favorites -

Sliver one or two and slip them into a new jar of pickles.

Slice one open and drop it into the water next time you make an Asian noodle 
dish.

Chop some up, mix them with that sweet pickled ginger, and give them a few 
days.



Question:  Has anyone here put fresh peppers into plain soy sauce, to make a 
hot soy sauce?
