Peppers will not set fruit - in fact the blossoms drop - if temps are
below 55 or about 90.

There is a 10 - 30% gain in greenhouse temps during the day, so it's
likely your greenhouse temps will be above 100.

You can solve this with shade cloth and ventiliation, though ventilation
alone will probabaly not be enough.
