Real Estate prices have been out of wack since the late 70's with the hi
tech boom. But RE agents can't read that Nixon sold out 1.5 million hi
tech jobs to China..
Pig 'n' Pepper, Last 3 years it rained. I am not planning to go this
year.

Where in MA are ya? Haverhill was home for me
Methuen's my current hometown but I have in-laws in Haverhill that live
across 110 from the ball fields near Hale Hospital. My one and only sister
lives in Derry off 28 (not bypass 28) near Parkland Medical Center.
waiting for these crazy real estate prices to drop a bit
HA!!HA!!HA!! You'll have a long wait. Real estate prices in this area have
been crazy since '95 and no end in sight. My advice is buy as soon as
possible and hope the soothsayers are right & there is no recession in the
near future & 6 months from now your property value will increase by 10%.
and my calandar is marked for the Pig and Pepper Fest in
Westford (10/6 and 10/7 :)
