I do demand zero risk when it comes to my basic needs.  And I demand 
that those who fuck with nature do the honorable thing and act 
responsibly when their creations go wrong.  Such has not happened 
yet, but considering the histories of most "lifescience" corporations 
- Monsanto being the prime example - they do nothing when cornered 
with their mistakes.  The government does nother either other than a 
slap on the wrist and a 50 million fine....which is change to 
multibillion corporations.  Monsanto's CEO gets paid that much in a 
year probably.
