Some people seem to feel the need to exclude beans from chili.

Back home in Texas, almost all of us keep the beans IN the chili. Sometimes 
it is pinto, sometimes kidney beans.

As for the chili main dish, I'll see what I can dig up. I know I have over 
200 chili recipes...
