I like taking boneless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized chunks, roll in
seasoned flour, milk and then in a crumb mixture into which I have added as
much heat (Calvin's red, Jim's powders...whatever) as I think the traffic
(or my moderate tongue) can bear.  Spray with a bit of olive oil spray and
bake.

Spicy chicken nuggets!  Almost everyone likes chicken but if they are
vegetarians, try marinating mushrooms with olive oil, a bit of vinegar,
spices and, of course, peppers.

Also...take some olives, black or green, drain off the juice and roll them
in chile powder (either pure or a blend, according to your tastes)  Pack
them back into the jar and let them sit in the fridge.  There isn't much
time on this one since you only have two days until the party but they are
gooood and can be made as wild or mild as you wish.
