Like I said before I was on this list years ago and when I went on my
vacation out west to California I ran into Hurley (the bad Monk) and we went
out to eat in San Francisco. He is studying to be a doctor now. Man I sure
did get spoiled out there. I went to every Mexican market I could when I was
there and I brought home about 6 lbs of dried chiles while I was there. I
also made it to Hatch New Mexico but I missed the festival by about 2 weeks.
But all in all it was a great trip. I am glad to be back on the list and I
am already saving recipes.
PS is Dance with Carp still around? I see Rael is still here and quite a few
other names I still remember.
PPS I have my Old English Sheepdogs trained to eat habs now. They like to
eat my leftovers and one time I made some haluski that was to hot for me to
eat but they wolfed it down. I was so proud!!!
