Check with Jim Campbell at http://www.wildpepper. com. He's in New Mexico for 
the fiery foods fest this weekend. He may not show everything on his web site that 
he has stashed around. Another source of dried pods and powders is 
http://www.penzeys.com. They are opening stores like crazy including one in 
Pittsburg PA and of course do mail order.
