  I'll second the Gunslinger...  Unfortunately it is a little hard to find without paying "boutique" prices at our local (only one within many, many miles) hot shop, in the trendy-downtown-antique-coffee house shopping area.  I am still sitting on (not literally you knuckle draggers....
ok, fellow knuckle draggers) a bottle of "You Can't Handle This Hot Sauce", that a friend gave me about two years ago.  I thought it had pretty decent flavor for an extract sauce, but it's name is far too correct in my decidedly moderate case.  Perhaps a bit of this would bring Gunslinger
up to a more interesting level; or any of the "a little too bland" sauces I have laying around.  I'm inspired now.  Thanks again guys... and gals.
