Hmmmmm.  Well, I once tried making peanut butter chipotle ice cream (having
still not succeeded in duplicating Jim's peanut butter jalapeno fudge that
was oh so good), and lost control of the vanilla bottle.  I probably put in
3 tablespoons of vanilla extract, and the ice cream maker never made ice
cream - just cold frothy milk.  Then, when I just gave up and stuck it in
the freezer, it ended up very very hard and not creamy.  Rather, it was
frozen frothy milk...
