Tabasco is just like a faithful backup. It is there when you need it, not your favorite, but acceptable. It is like when you're offered a beer and they have PBR (mommy, mommy...), Old Style and MGD. MGD is OK, but not your favorite. On the whole, most Louisiana hot sauces use too much vinegar. I stick to Dave, if I want serious heat and flavor (some are better than others). BobMan
